Sales Support Representative                              Exempt

Provide proactive customer service and sales support to existing customers and our National Sales Team.  Responsibilities include calling current customers to determine level of satisfaction, providing follow-up, taking incoming calls to answer general product questions, and being the contact point when Sales Managers are unavailable.  The Sales Support Rep will also provide administrative support to the National Sales Team as needed.  Customer service and/or sales support experience required.  This position is ideal for a success driven professional with excellent communication skills, ability to handle multiple diverse tasks and hi-tech interests.

Sales/Training Assistant                               Exempt

We have a new opportunity to in our growing Channel Sales department working with Major Direct Marker and Wholesale Distributor accounts.  You will gain valuable experience in all phases of the sales process:  Assist in account management, implement customer outreach projects, prepare product brochures and training materials, conduct database maintenance and order entry, handle basic configuration and pricing questions and back up sales reps in the field.  You will also participate frequently in training and vendor events.  This is a fantastic career opportunity for an enthusiastic self-starter who is both detail and people oriented.  Excellent communication and written skills a must.  Regular travel required.

Product Manager                                    Exempt

Raritan needs a key person to take responsibility for the launch and overall success of a new, major product  line.  Responsibilities include performing and/or directing market research, working closely with beta sites, competitive analysis, pricing, marketing, public relations, sales materials, training sales and customer  service, field sales engineering support, defining ongoing enhancements.   Successful candidate will have
minimum 5 years product management or sales/marketing experience in high-tech industry.  Engineering or technical training a plus.

Embedded Electronic System Engineer                    Exempt

Architect and design the PCB and firmware based on high-level product specifications. Implement PCB schematic & layout, including advance FPGA using CAD tool. Implement firmware in C/C++, Assembly for the embedded micro-controller utilizing real time operating system as appropriate.  Debug and integrate hardware and firmware. Oversee the complete system development from design to production.

Candidate should have at least 4+ years of PCB design and firmware development experiences with BSEE or MSEE. Good knowledge of PC & Sun keyboard & mouse protocols and USB protocols is a plus.


 MIS Director                                      Exempt

Dynamic opportunity for an experienced IT department manager with proven business analysis and leadership skills to build a global IT infrastructure to enhance our productivity and competitiveness. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a mid-size, high technology oriented, manufacturing company and can demonstrate a successful project management and systems implementation history. Must be a hands-on manager with prior experience with eCommerce site development, client/server operations (Microsoft SQL 7), applications development (Microsoft Visual Studio family of languages and tools), LAN/global network technologies, Windows NT (MCSE or equivalent) and Novell Netware (CNE or equivalent). Experience with ERP/financial systems software (Great Plains eEnterprise or equivalent) and sales force automation/customer response management (SalesLogix or equivalent) is required. Knowledge of computer telephone integration and telephone PBX technology (Telrad ex!
