For those of you in The Gambia, you should try and take part in the NATIONAL
FORUM ON INFORMATION, COMMUNICATION AND TECHNOLOGY (ICT) scheduled to take
place 21 - 22 May 2002 at the Kairaba Beach Hotel. Your inputs could be very
valuable in the formation of an ICT Policy and legislation.  Programme
