If Yahya Jammeh does not lose the forthcoming presidential elections for the
following reasons:

1 - Lack of transparency over personal fortunes he has amassed since coming
to power on 22nd July 1994;

2 - Refusal to seriously investigate the mysterious death of Koro Ceesay;

3 - Death and disappearance of dozens of soldiers including lieutenants
Saye, Barrow and others on November 11 and 12 1994;

4 - Intimidation, arrest and torture of opposition politicians especially
members of the UDP;

5 - Arrest and arbitrary detenton of persons accused of treason, such as
Dumo Saho and Lt. Jaiteh;

6 - Arrest, illegal detention and torture of journalists, such as Mbaye of
the Independent newspaper;

7 - Summary hiring and firing of government employees;

8 - Brutal killing of school students and other civilians;

9 - Indemnifying members of the security forces suspected of commiting
atrocities and murder;

10 - Lack of transparency over fortunes he has amassed since coming to power
on 22nd July 1994 (dub)...

then we would all have to go down on our knees and pray for our beloved
Gambia.
