This is why I haven't had time to respond to Gassa's
infamous questions about how Jammeh is doing with
regards to development. If the building of schools
without the "necessary equipments" is what you call
progress, then APRC has done very very well, but the
reality is this, it is part and parcel of that famous
phrase; mass production; quantity not quality.
