ITC Refresher course: Use of Geo-information Data for Coastal Area 
Management in West Africa, Cheikh Anta Diop University Dakar, Senegal, 2 
weeks starting 24 September 2007. 

 

A number of Netherlands Fellowship Program (NFP) fellowships are 
available for eligible candidates. These fellowships cover costs related 
to travelling, accommodation, insurance, excursions and course fees.

 

Applicants should preferably be NFP alumni, having completed a relevant 
NFP-funded training or education course at least two years prior to the 
planned starting data of the refresher course. Preference will be given 
to candidates who are:
- Alumni of NFP courses from West Africa (intake before 2005)
- Up to three PhD students will also be given the opportunity of 
attending the course.
- Staff members of the host institution(s) or institutions which have a 
clear-cut, functional relationship with a relevant organization and be 
in a position to introduce the newly acquired skills and knowledge into 
that organization

 
Deadline for applications: 1 August 2007.
