Thanks Soffie. All U.S banks will charge between $8 and $10 for all outgoing
and incoming wire transfers within the continental U.S, and up to $45.00 for
international wire transfers.

 all wire transfers.  I knew this to be the case with overseas funds
 transfers.  This is what happened in Yai Fatou's case where the $10 Direct
 Wire Fee was deducted from the Incoming Wire Amount as stated in the bank's
 notice.  Hope this clears things a bit.
