Dear Honorable Momodou Camara:

As per your Rule or ethical conduct on the L, and if FAIRNESS is to prevail
on the L, Mr. Alieu S. Keita MUST be BANNED from the L forum since he
persistently attack Ebrima Ceesay by using Ebrima's Father or Mother's
name:JOGOMAI, specifically. This goes right into Ebrima's hearth and aimed
at shattering him into pieces. The only reason for this is to unsubscribe
him from the L voluntarily, because any time he opens his mails, the first
thing he sees is his PARENT'S NAME being used as a point of contention. This
is FAMILY, and family first. Why was it that most of you were complaining
about BROTHER LANDING JATTA'S painful contribution on President Jammeh's
Dad? It is because it is absolutely indecent and uncalled for. Despite
Jammeh's evil deeds, his Parents should be off limits and they should be
protected from personal attacks; and like wise Ebrima Ceesay and Dr. Katim
Touray. The rule of the game should apply to every body equally, and not
just to few people.

Both Ebrima Ceesay and Dr. Katim Touray are very fine and eloquent
contributors and decent citizens whose love for their country cannot be
determined in volumes. This is why these two people have devoted their time,
energy, resources, and even put their lives and the lives of their love ones
at risk, just for the love for their country. And taking into account the
excellent and enormous contributions both Dr. Katim Touray and Mr. Ebrima
Ceesay have been furnishing the L with, I could not recall a single
complaint or breach of L forum discipline, though their writings may be
often controversial. Therefore, the STUNNING QUESTION is, Why should
they(EBRIMA & KATIM) be subjected to such barrages of personal attacks upon
personal attacks. With human decency and fairness, such a mal-behavior
should cease forthwith.

So, HONORABLE CAMARA, if your vivid intention and wish is the re-inforce L
rules and regulation, then YOU and YOUR FELLOW LIST MANAGERS must watch out
to see whether Alieu S. Keita will again use the name "JOGOMAI". If he does
again, Alieu S. Keita MUST be BANNED forthwith from the L forum. In turn,
LANDING JATTA should also be seriously warned that he too must cease
personal attack on President Jammeh, immediately. I totally agree with you
that the L is now a forum for not only the Gambian, African and Diaspora,
but also a Global forum, where even the European, Asian and American
Investors all scramble to fetch hot informations about our Continent, which
they use as a basis for risking their ECONOMIC CAPITAL. Therefore, we need
CIVILITY and FAIRNESS on the L, and more fundamentally, a more succint and
prudent interllectual discussions in terms of politics, economics,
international affairs, military, scientific, cultural and legal
contributions.

Returning to the issue of Alieu S. Keita, my take on this is that President
Jammeh's strategy is to disrupt the L's focus on him and leave us scrambling
for civility and unnecessary ethical L forum rule. Because he saw that the
STOVALL FIGHT slipped through his hands, and that was very embrassing and
disheartening to him; and again, he is seeing another fight emerging: The
Ford situation, and more important to him, his own planned visit to the US
which is the pipe-line; he is planning to dismantle the L's determination to
challenge his visit. But so far, Jammeh's mediocre strategy has paid off,
because for two consecutive weeks, the L has lost focus, instead, we have
been unnecessarily lamenting on sheer ethical standard and civility on the
L, rather than rallying troops to do another devastating blow to his
administration,

Jammeh is using military strategy on us. In a Military operation, the chief
operational strategy is to search, locate and destroy the Command Station of
the enemy, for the Command Station of the enemy is where the brain of the
opponent's operation is. Once that is successful, the operational mission
becomes accomplished. To reframe the above scenario into the present
situation prevailing on the L, President Jammeh, thus far, has been very
successful in sending our his search and destroy team on to the L to
tirelessly search and destroy those strong elements of the L who are the
Commanders and try to destroy them, either by making them frustrated or try
by all means to disorient or unsubscribe them. When any of those factors are
achieved, Jammeh's mission is accomplished. In this case, since one of our
PARAMOUNT MANAGERS, MOMODOU CAMARA has yielded to the call for forum
civility, Jammeh's strategy has been accomplished thus far, because no
further serious contributions has been undertaken.

Finally, HONORABLE MOMODOU CAMARA, we should all hold you and your HONORABLE
LIST MANAGERS to task on this. This is the time for you to show FAIRNESS,
HONESTY, and STRONG LEADERSHIP in uniting every one under one umbrella. To
that end, Honorable Camara, I wish you all the best.

Ansumana Kujabi
