These are important issues to thoroughly dialogue. I hope we are all in it sincerely looking for a solution and no other side shenanigans. A lot of times our dialogues derailed off tangent to matters of no national significance.

The first important thing to establish in finding a workable solution is a common definition of the problem. I always say this and some think  am a loon because we are beyond that. You will be surprise how different we are on that very basic. That said we can't have the same solution for different problems.

Please to any proposed solution let us know what is it to address.
