*The Loser that goes on to the second round will be determined in this
order:
Goal differences, goals scored, goals scored against and finally a coin
flip. PK results will not be considered in this tiebreaker but only the
score at end of regulation.

Semi-Finals (Games will be 35 mins/half)

Finals (45mins/half)

TOURNAMENT RULES:
1. Starting times will be strictly adhered to.
2. FIFA rules will be completely enforced. All tied games will be settled
with PKs.
3. Both 2000 Champs (Senegal-NY & Seattle) will have a bye in the 1st
Rounds.
4. Schedule is subject to change.
5. Trophies will be presented on Sunday at the Cultural Night bash.
