For what its worth, I think the events surrounding the NADD Flag Bearer
process in the past weeks gives a good picture of how receptive Gambians,
especially those in the Diaspora, are to the thorny issues of the process
of building a democratic society. It ain't gonna be pretty all the way to
the State House and I'm glad the NADD executive are aware of this and are
willing, able and ready to face and tackle any and all obstacles, real or
perceived.
I have confidence in the future of Gambia, more so today than ever before.
