Whereas I agree with you that appropraite subject headings should always be
used to indicate to individuals what to expect, I am surprised that you
chose to name only Mr. Ceesay and myself. Is it because we are the only ones
who do so?

Secondly, all the original posts that I send to the L are given very
appropriate subject headings and they have never been targeted at any
individual or groups of individuals. They sent to the list and it is the
prerogative the list members to read, react or ignore them.
