The letter forwarded to the forum by Ebrima Ceesay from one of his
sources in The Gambia is finely written. I suggest, (pending approval
from the author) that we adopt it as a petition letter which we will
sign and address to Prime Minister Blare and Foreign Secretary Cook.

Ebrima: Could you seek the necessary permission from your source? And
if it is ok, I suggest that one of the computer experts on the forum
take care of the technical part of setting up the petition. Thanks.

Abdoulaye
