FJC is unaware that the parliament is the legislative branch of government
where laws are made and enacted.If you don't discuss it there
where will you discuss it.I believe that FJC, knowing that Halifa is in
Parliament, tried to hijack the agenda.Halifa wasted no time to bring in the
constitutionality of things at the swearing ceremony of the Nams and
speaker.
