Yus, thanks for your comments and I think all well meaning Gambians see the
plight of these folks.  It is really depressing that these folks are
victimized and the whole Civil Service atmosphere is tense, for folks that
have been identified as members of the opposition.  While this is going on,
the supporters of this administration are mute and may even be chuckling at
that.  Is this the way forward?  Is this the olive branch that Jammeh has in
mind?  Is this the let's come together and work for our country?  As usual,
as long as it does not happen to us or someone we care about, then we just
turn the blind eye.  These are working men and women who have the same needs
as all of us, and when their rights are violated, we all are violated.  I
hope those who support everything that this administration does can also see
the plight of these folks and their families.
