This is not a new offer. These correspondents dated back to November 2001
when the process of getting another manager came up. It was decided not to
invite you at the time after lack of concensus among managers. I just
forwarded you the copy to show that you were wrong to think that Momodou
Camara and I just hand-pick whoever we want.
