Firtst, my sincere thanks for your data mining skills. I thank the
authors for saying it as it is. After a quick browse, I hope and pray
that my colleagues in the Gambia will have time to read it it in its
entirity. The introduction and conclusion are definitely my recommended
must read.
The authors were very quick to point out the inconsistencies, omissions
and sometimes wrong assumptions made by the master plan and the
feasibility study reports which were reported by the Gambia Daily.

Question: Is 450 million Euro and an uncertain environmental future the
right price for 40MW /yr electricity and 17,700 ha irrigated area (only
6500 of which in the Gambia)?

Coming to think of I do not know what is really in this deal for the Gambia?
