Subject: Ebrima's Insider

Ebrima,

Your insider does not know what he is talking abou. Does he really exist? For your information, the Ambassador has to be confirmed before he can take up his new job. He is not confirmed yet he will not be confirmed before July 15th. Congress is out for July 4th. After all he is presently holding the fort in Abijan as the charge de'affaires. This is just to show you that your so called insider does not exist and if he does, he is not an insider. If you doubt me, we can bet on this.

PEACE

Tombong.
