sumthing to do in ones' free time, PERHAPS??

I stupidly decided to take part in the BBC Test The Nation
thingy going on in the UK at the moment, after much cajoling and coaxing from
my colleagues at work, and now lord behold tomorrow is the day, and,
well, we will have to see. So far i've managed to score a respectabl score, but
tomorow's is a whole different ball game:-!!

Anyway, thought some of you might be interested in mental gym work in your
spare moments.

Regards
Manneh

When you put two and two together, do you get five? Do you leave Carol
Vorderman in the shade when it comes to totalling your shopping bill? Or do
you break out into a cold sweat at the thought of having to do your tax
returns....? Now you can find out just how efficient the right side of your
brain is with the last of the BBC Test the Nation weekly quizzes testing
your logical and numerical intelligence.

This final quiz will get your mind in great shape in time for the main event
on Saturday night. Click on the link below if you think you can handle it!

Or try today's brainteaser:

Which letter should replace the asterisk * to complete the set?

a e f h i l m n o r s *

click or go to the link below to find out if you are right:

And don't forget to keep limbering up those mental muscles with our daily
brain teasers in preparation for 8:10pm kick off this Saturday (11th May)
on BBC1 and BBCi (online and interactive TV). If you have not already
registered to take part in the live IQ event please do so by going to the

Best wishes and good luck!
