Given the circumstances we are taking a number of steps that may be 
inconvenient to our silent but generally laws abiding subscribers. The 
steps have introduced added layers of bureaucratic red tape. As of now 
postings from  subscribers will be subjected to a number of approval 
steps before they are let into the systems. First everyone will be 
required to confirm that the mail the listserv received is indeed coming 
from them before it can be forwarded to all. Then mails from freemail 
accounts will have to pass through management approval before they are 
let through.
Did Wolof Njie once said "Aye doo em si borom?".  Evil does not let go 
the innocence!
