Mbading Kambiya L-Bantaba Molu,

Alibenyandi ley?

Kno si sara al-la. Ning silobota mbe Tubabusangfkuto (New Year 2012) kela nafama doma ya Kasamasi le.

Oh how I love the Mandinka language. Is it not sweet? Mixing it with English is fun.

PROVOKING THE MANDINKA COUSINS AGAIN
My post election commentary is delayed due to time factor. I will therefore suspend it till after the parliamentary. Then I will have enough stuff to put "Kanimunko" on the eyes of the pro and anti-Jammeh caps.

To compensate, I will write a crazy end-of-year commentary on Maafanta. In it I will brutally get on the nerves of my Mandinka cousins once again due to the "fumanya" of some of their elites. Hahaha. The piece will be so to peak an extension of my last piece on the Mandinka Islamization trauma. Don't blame me. Blame Mansa Kanka Musa and others who betrayed Sundiata Keita's legacy. Mansa Musa plundered the gold reserves of the Great Mandeng Empire to go and bluff in Cairo and Mecca leaving his people behind to suffer. He also gave the Arab slave traders the license to drag his Mandinka subjects as slave across the hot deadly Sahara Desert. This is where the Islamization trauma started before it met the Kansala "Turubang" (annihilation) trauma.

JIHADIST SHOULD BE SUED FOR CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY
Successive Mandinka figures including Foday Sillah and Fodayy Kaba Dumbuya jumped into the radical Islamic jihadist bandwagon of Fulani warmonger Osman Dafodio to terrorize their fellow Africans in the name of Allah. They should be sued posthumously for committing crimes against humanity and denying the Jalang worshippers their constitutional right to freedom of worship. Yes all the Jihdists should be sued!

Am very proud of the Serer warriors for stopping wannabe Osama Bin Ladin, Maba Jahu Bah (correct me if I get the names wrong) and his Fula Islamic terrorists. If at al the USA borrowed tbrave, smart and tactics of the Serers they would not have run a huge budget deficit in our current war on terror.

SEEKING FORGIVENESS FROM THE KAABU JALANGS
The Mandinka should seek the forgiveness of the Kaabu Jalangs. The Jalangs told the Nyachos not to be the first to attack the Fulas but they disobeyed and the got doomed. The Jalangs got angry and sent out a curse. So you should get their blessings. I am defending the rights of the Jalangs as they are neither evil and nor inferior to the foreign Gods. It is the hate propaganda of the Christian missionaries and Islamic Jihads that misrepresent them.

For more watch out for the piece on Maafanta.

The Mandinkas are part of my Mandeng family and the state of the Mandinka nation concerns me a lot.

PLAN TRIP TO SENEGAMBIA BASIN
The cousinly provocation aside, I intend to spend the new year in Ziguinchor, Casamance. As I once hinted am like most Gambians, Sene-Gambian by heritage. My father's younger brother lives with his family in Ziguinchor. Part of extend family can be found is in Koutiala, Niagis, Tambcounda, Diawara and other settlements of Senegal. Some are still on the Malian and Mauritania of the borders (Guidimakha, Diafounou, Kayes) that were once part of the Ghana Empire. Guinea Bissau still have some in the Bafata region.

I spent the last 13 years avoiding the Sengambia Basin in all my trips to and from Africa but this time I want to test it for two reasons:

1) ALIKUNG SOCIETY
Some of you would recall that during the last Ramadan, I explained about our INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY project in Gambia. We got the land and I have been pre-qualifying contractors. I also made it known that the execution of that project would not be completed without me personally witnessing/reviewing the core components on the ground. ENTERING THE GAMBIA with all its risks and benefits, remained therefore on top of my agenda since day the Alikuning Society for African Family (ASTAF) was born.

2)I MISS MY MOTHER
I am still five-year old boy! Hahaha. Actually my mother and I last saw each other face to face live in 1998 - some 13 years now!

During the last Ramadan, we had the opportunity to see via skype. The crazy question she asked me was "where are your bears?" I broke into laughter and told her that I am not a religious fanatic! I am spirituall secular and liberal. I will only put up bears when I need it for style, film, theatre and other projects but not for "Allako Mansako, Kilako."

I would therefore love to spend the new year with her to, among others, drain the Islamic indoctrination out of her brain. She told me she goes to adult literacy and religious classes and I do not know which Mashala, Wahali or Salafi is brainwashing them in my absence.

I asked my mother to meet me in Ziguinchor as I do not want to risk entering The Gambia. Endorsing and congratulating Jammeh is notguarantee for my security. I do not know how his mood swings would be by the time.

Unlike some of the people who can sneak in and out of The Gambia, I cannot go unnoticed. Even if appear on the border post, a Gainako cattle boy or "aiwa wonjo" seller passing by could recognize my face as that "Sankanu from GRTS" and Jammeh's insiders would know it within seconds thanks to mobile telephony. Though no risk, no fun.

I have therefore asked my namesake the Grandmarabout of Gambissara and some of Allah Jabi Jabani cult colleagues for advice. If they they can guarantee my security, I will enter The Gambia. If they don't then I will stay in Zinguinchor. Even Casamance is not stable. Once could get caught in the imbroglio between MFDC and The Senegalese government unprepared.

ANY OTHER THING - DIASPORA MEETING
I have been asked by some members of the Gambian communities in Germany if I will attend the Diaspora Meeting in Banjul. I also spoke with our villagers back in Gambia and they said they have been asked to inform the travelling Sarahulleh communities worldwide to send delegates. Those who have time will do it.

The main purpose of my trip to Sene-Gambia is the to meet my mother after 13 years and follow up in Alikung project on the ground. Should time permit, I will participate at the Diaspora Forum to hear and know what the Government wants from the horse's mouth. It is better than relying on second hand information and half-truths.

Anyway I told the communities that my name should be included on the list in PRINCIPLE. I also contacted the Gambian Embassies in Brussels and Washinton D.C., and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Banjul for more serious first hand information and confirmation. I have nothing to lose if I confirm or drop my attendance. As a neutral I owe no pro or anti Jammeh camp an obligation.

However, we are yet to get any confirmed direct flights to Banjul as Condor and others airlines from Germany are fully booked due to the high traffic holiday season. But if I miss Banjul, the Casamance option remains open.

Should anything negative happen to me while in SeneGambia (the Jalangs forbid), it will good publicity for my book because I will tactically use the noise to promote my book and thesisa bout the useless of Africans who waste the time and talents of their productive assets like my stubborn self!

Alningbara. I just love this Mandinka language. Who said the Mandinkas are the owners of the Mandinka language? They have no right to claim ownership of it! If we are to organize Mandinka tests many born Mandinkas will fail. They will not even score zero but minus zero and lower....Hahaha!

Should I enter The Gambia, I will write a first-hand traveller's report.

ENJOY YOUR WEEK
