Tombong and Karamba,

Please excuse me to squeeze in a couple of questions for Tombong before he
moves on to the issue of indenpence in reprting at GRTS.

Tombong, you have highlited a seemingly broad-based training program for
your staff at GRTS, would you elaborate on how this training program have
impacted the quality of services at GRTS.

Also, as a manager, I hope you are concerned with trun over of personnel at
GRTS. With that in mind, how can you exlain the high turnover rate at GRTS
and does this have to do with direct or indirect policies/exertions from the
executive arm of government?

Enjoy your day.
