  Pa Nderry,
As the wolof says:"Su borr setey ku n'yaaw dinna russ"-Meaning when day light starts ugly ones will feel ashame".What determines being ugly, handsome, pretty or cute? Appearance (that is the practical sense).Whereas arguments are meant to attract a lot of ideas sometimes this reminds me about the Nigerian author Chinua Achebe who wrote:"beauty is in the mind of the beholder" Absolutely Chinua is right.Concepts are shaped and formed based on different reasons. However,in court or in a genuine argument what matters are/is facts, not hate or wishful thinking.Lest we forget the meaning of science..hmmm.."IT IS THE OBSERVATION AND DERIVATION OF FACTS" Now in this current trend against Yaya and his wagon of parrots we are bent on ignoring "sour" minds all we need now are facts and nothing but facts.Every reader knows that we can handle Yaya and his wagon of parrots in the gutter but our fans do not want us to go that way.It derails the essence of the reason why we spend our time on the
internet.THE END IS NEAR..WE HAVE WON..SURE YAYA WILL SEE GOD WILLING.After the EAW court case I have been told another firm in Spain will sue Yaya, that one will be worse. All those who sue Yaya are not Gambians. My question is why would all these people have a beef with the guy and we are being seen as people who have personal vendetta against this President? Is it that the whole world has personal vendetta against Yaya...NIGHTMARES!!!!!!!!!! Who the cap fits let him wear it!
Chei Yalla..."Man maa waarou teh gissuma Jinneh"

Judge Kassler is real, the court house is real, the case is real, the addresses are real..what next? TRUTH not BRUTE.
Kocc Barma also said:"So fechay chi kow n'doh m'bagne dinna giss ponda"-Meaning even when one dances on water the hater sees dust!" Can that be true? Water causing dust? This is why Pa keep on doing the job and then ignor the rest. The more one stirs the veins the worse insults he or she will receive.
Pa evidence..evidence..evidence has been ringing from the mouths of those who must be disobeyed! Here you come again with this stinging thing!
I sometimes wonder why on earth should investigative journalism like this be called fake sources? Fake sources quoting Judge Gladys Kassler? Fake sources naming Ambassadors and presidents on line and still not being sued? A fake source does not write his or her private mail and real name at the bottom of a story in all honesty Pa "simil naala mbahna"
Pa for those who second guess...this is what comes to my mind.."Would Pa Nderry dare speculate anything against a federal Judge?" I am sure Pa you will never do that. Then this makes me trust what you write.
"Gunegineleh maa la raggal nyewatinga deh!"

BY OUR WASHINGTON DC, JUDICIAL CORRESPONDENT

The half a million dollar suit brought against The Gambian government by the US leading lobby group called the EAW GROUP, INC, has taken a dramatic twist today, as the presiding judge ruled that come May 30Th, 2006, the said case will proceed. US District court judge Gladys Kessler, made the ruling today at a Washington DC court room.

EAW SAYS THEY WANT THEIR MONEY.

EAW GROUP, INC sued the Jammeh government for breach of contract and loss of earning. It is reported that the Ruling APRC regime, had failed to honour the terms and conditions of the said agreement, which was signed by the two parties some years ago. Unhappy with the government's unwillingness to accept any liability, EAW, resorted to dragging The Gambian government to court.

The case, the first of its kind to be registered in the US judicial system, is attracting local and international attention. In Friday's hearing, judge Kessler, urges parties involved in the said suit to file their Pretrial Statement, now towards April 11, 2006. The US judge also ruled that a "Pretrial Conference will be held on April 11,
2006 at 4:15 p.m."

It would be recalled that the sole objective of the said contract, between EAW GROUP, INC and The Gambian government was to use the former to attract US and European investors into the impoverished tiny West African country.

The following Gambian officials are expected to testify in the said case, namely Ambassador Grey Johnson, Ambassador John P Bojang and James Kujabi, a former Deputy Chief Protocol officer at the President's office in Banjul. As promised, this paper will keep its readers posted about developments,as the trial unfolds. Below is judge Gladys Kessler's ruling. Please read on......
