The  point  I  was  trying  to  make  to  you  is  not  what  the
journalists  do  right  or  wrong.  It  is  whether  the  tteatment
metted  out  to  them  warrants  the  "crime".  No  one  is  perfect  and
that  includes  the  Gambian  news  papers. But  we  do  have  "courts"
to  deal  with  whatever  grievances  the  government  may  have.
Torturing  people  in  the  hopes  of  silencing  them  is  not  the
solution.  I  hope  you  get  the  point  this  time.
