The data these garmers receive does not only have to come via a browser.  For
example, one could have live & short web broadcasts in Mandinka advising on
weather conditions, market prices, long range weather forecases. One could
also have a situation where a picture is sent showing the position of the sun
in the sky showing temperature or the laters dangerous pests out there.  Or
an SMS message advising on weather conditions

Basically, it's all about customizing informational services to suit the
needs of whoever is being targetted.  Hope this helps!
