Tombong, what the heck, let me just try and save your job for you. I know
the only reason you mustered courage to engage me is to exhibit some
machismo to your boss (Yaya) and keep your job as an unashamed praise-singer
of a moron. You know as we speak/write, your one foot (the bad one) is at
GRTS and the other has been fired. We know vermin like Yankuba Touray and
Buba Baldeh have been frantically begging Yaya to save your job. I was quiet
about it because I knew the moment we talk about it on G_L, the childish
moron (Yaya) will change his mind and keep you. We know how the game is
played. Clearly, I care less if Yaya keeps you. It is just going to be for a
few weeks now anyway. Yaya is finished and you know it.

For people like you that are now wondering why Yaya wants to fire you, let
me just enlighten you a little. Yaya is miffed that you (Tombong) are NOT
actively participating in the campaign. You are NOT attending rallies and
you did NOT even follow your master to his tour to meet the chiefs. Instead,
you are busy drinking ‘attaya’ and taking care of your ‘mobile phone
business’. Even though the Gambian taxpayers are paying you and you are who
you are today thanks to Yaya, Yaya feels that you abandoned him for your
selfish motives in his hour of need. Now the jerk wants your blood. Continue
watching your back like you are currently doing.

I say you are currently watching your back because of your movements both on
G_L and back home. When you got wind of the axe falling on your neck, you
came to G_L and gave an outrageous and ridiculous prediction about the
coming elections. People familiar with your prediction of a Diouf victory
after the presidential elections in Senegal, knew that your current
prediction just evinced a wishful thinker dreaming again and trying to cover
his behind. Needless to say, only morons on this List took you seriously.

But you did NOT stop there. Word is that you are currently back home
searching to buy your own car. You do NOT want to be reduced to a pedestrian
(like your other cohorts like Saja Taal) when Yaya fires you and take away
the official Pajero you depend on. You people are just pathetic. Yaya says
one word (FIRED) and you are reduced to nonentities. No wonder the moron
thinks he has ‘powers’. It is because of pitiful characters like you. Yaya
made you. He knows he has the power to destroy you. You need him. Hence your
shameless behavior singing the praises of a moron and trying to defend the
indefensible. Well, at least you are on the right track. You set up a
business and you are trying to buy your own car. Pathetic.

But you are still trying to salvage your job at the same time you are trying
to do something for yourself for a change. That is why you decided to be
brave and come and face up with me knowing full well that I am going to make
you search deep into your conscience. This is the kind of bravado you used
against Jawara and got a job from the mental midgets in the first place.
Trying it again on G_L might help save your job again. But unlike previous
times when you pretended to have the moral high ground against Jawara, now
you are deep in the sewers. You are serving a criminal that is far more
corrupt than Jawara and you know it. You are serving a criminal that ordered
the cold-blooded massacre of our children in broad daylight and you know it.

You yourself used your office and Yaya to set up a business and travel the
globe at the expense of Gambian taxpayers and shamelessly exploit poor
Gambians more than people like Bakary Njie have ever done. You know you
currently holds a position in the government that you are NOT qualified for.
You are at GRTS because you are a Yaya stooge. As Kabir profoundly asked you
the other day and you conveniently ignored: ‘was this why you joined the
struggle? A Pajero? A mobile phone business?’ Tombong, you ought to be
ashamed of yourself. You are one person I am genuinely disappointed about.
Contrary to what you might think, I feel no animosity towards you. I feel
pity for you. You allowed vermin like Yaya to abuse you. All for what? To
lead a seemingly flamboyant lifestyle at the expense of Gambian taxpayers
(who you now hold in such an ‘elitist’ contempt that you do NOT even want to
talk to ordinary folks working for you at GRTS)? Free yourself from the
shackles of narrow self-interests. Yaya can fire you, but he CANNOT take
away what God willed for you. Losing your job is NOT the end of the world.
Get a small and inexpensive car if that is what you can afford and let Yaya
take his Pajero. At least you will NOT be defending the indefensible
anymore. Society will NOT continue to ostracize you and look at you as a
slave.

I know by responding to you I did you a favor Buba Baldeh and Yankuba Touray
could NOT deliver to you. Now Yaya is going to keep you. But I am NOT sure
whether that is what you want under the circumstances. Yaya is finished. You
know that NOT even GRTS can save Yaya this time. Gabriel Roberts and the IEC
CANNOT save Yaya. You just witnessed what happened at the nominations where
the Opposition brought in TWICE more votes than APRC. The millions of
dollars Baabaa Jobe and Buba Baldeh wanted to use to buy votes is in
jeopardy. Darboe just demonstrated the other day that your boss was asking
for bribes in order to appoint an American citizen as a Gambian diplomat.
Now Yaya has to risk some of his millions in Swiss Banks. But the vermin
does NOT want to do that. You also see the rallies in the country. Although
you have NOT been attending APRC rallies, am sure some of your cohorts like
Fatoumatta Jahumpa have told you the difficulties they face attracting
supporters to their rallies in the urban areas (that GRTS mostly impacts).
It is late to save Yaya. He already MASSACRED our children. Gambians are
already POORER than they were before Yaya stole power from PPP. Meanwhile
Gambians are being told the rag to riches stories of Yaya and people like
you, Baabaa Jobe, Yankuba Touray and Famara Jatta. Together, you stole from
the people (in seven years) more than any Gambian can imagine.
