I also received the same email from an address bearing Hassan Jagne's name.
I believe though that that email system was compromised somehow and that no
harm or patronizing was intended.

I got a similar one from Hassan Jagne. But As a matter of
principle I don't
open attachments from senders I don't know. There seems to
be a systematic
approach by a sender(s) using differing names plus .gm
address and sending
me mails related to topic they think I would be desperate to
read. Think
