Malamin, it seems that the state is making up charges as they go. Did the
judge hold hearings to determined the admissibility of the new charges?, If
so what is the ruling? and on what case law was it based? For the
government to drop the original charges and opted for new ones,tells me
that their case in chief against the defendants is weak. That being the
case, yes it is a kangaroo court. Keep us posted.
