Mrs. Rachel Palmer has always been a source of inspiration to me as a young
civil servant who dispensed advise willingly and readily.  She was a woman
of high moral character who instilled the same in her family.  On behalf of
the Sanneh, Chow and Jaiteh families, I extend our sincere condolences to
Dr. Palmer, Fumikeh, Ayo, Pierre Sarr, the Njie, Gibbs, Forster, Ndure,
Samba and to the rest of the family.  May her saul rest in perfect peace.
