In what was described as yet another mysterious death of a woman, who was found buried at "Stink Corner", in the out skirt of Jeswang. The lady was partly buried and nobody had so far claimed responsibility for the death of the woman. Early morning Banjul travellers stormed the scene of the incident. Sources say police visited the site and had since been investigating the case.

This is the second time that women had been exposed to such killings in The Gambia. A Cameroonian medical student was also murdered by unknown individual(s) around the MDI vicinity in Serre Kunda.The recent spate of killings directed at the country's women folks is indeed a cuase for concern. The police is yet to apprehend the perpetrators.
