Gambia-l,

It was in great speech. This National Assembly is a special one. We have 7
women members of the National Assembly (3 elected and four nominated), plus
the Deputy Speaker is also a woman. Gender equity is coming a practical
reality in The Gambia, thanks to President Jammeh. The Gambia has more women
in decision making position than any other African Country. I am quite sure
they will live up to expectation.

Tombong Saidy
