I just finished watching the quarterfinal game between the US and
Germany, and I must admit it was fabulous and entertaining. I often
tease our Atlanta squard(men) that the US female team is better that
them and I will put my money on the the ladies and they think I'm crazy.
I believe anybody that's seen the US team perform may not only agree
with me but will put up their money also. It has been a wonderful world
cup, and I will pay to watch these ladies play any day before I watch a
lot of men teams out there.

The Germans fought their hearts out but US was just a better side, now
the US awaits either Brazil or the Lady Falcons of Nigeria which should
be another TV glueing because of the entertaining style of both teams.
Brazil should prevail unless Nigeria has something I haven't seen yet,
but again I have predicted wrongly in the past.

I don't know about you, but I'm off to the couch and I'll bring you my
take on another thriller from Washington DC!

Regards!
