Yes, you're right, Julia has been replaced by her predecessor, Mr. Alieu
Ngum, Gambian rep. to the EU. The Agric. portfolio is, for the time being
under Jammeh. Where Julia would be deployed has not been disclosed as yet.
I did not mention this in my earlier post because I thought you people were
more interested in those who lost their jobs in the sweeping that is going
on at the two ministries.
Incidentally, I only met Yusupha Kah some three weeks ago and comes across
as a very quite and composed man, softly spoken. Anyway, I wish them all
the best of luck.
