Kombo Lamin meeting a failure and curse for Seyfo Demba Sanyang!
Sources hinted that on the 4th day of March 2006 a drama unfolded in Kombo Lamin. With all the noise being made against the opposition our country folks who live abroad should be mindful of these gimmicks from the APRC.This party is tearing itself into very very small pieces.These pieces are smaller than dust particles. It won't be that easy to bring these minute pieces together.They know this as APRC supporters. This was manifested in Kombo Lamin.Seyfo Demba Sanyang was supposed to be the host of Yankuba Touray's delegation but he was disgraced.
It was not too cool for Boy Yankuba this time.

As soon as he arrived the turn out at the meeting was just too low for his liking.He saw nothing but those who were chosen to handle the affairs of the party.Our source said even whereas she is not in for the APRC,she felt some shame in her veins.It was a big disgrace and shock for Yankuba.This could not stay on.Yankuba immediately left the scene according to my source on the ground.I was rushing to come and attend the meeting while talking to my source on her cell phone.To my surprise she told me to go ahead and continue to Gunjur where I wanted to go and buy some fresh fish.

Anyway Yankuba Touray's fury was seen in his face.He was disappointed and disgraced.Is that the end of Seyfo Demba Sanyang's reign in Kombo North? Sanyang is a former co-worker of President Jammeh at the state house.He was the then chief cook and catering officer at the state house when former President Jawara was in power.
Seyfo Sanyang we have been told,still has a daughter working as cook at the state house?
Why did the APRC choose Kombo Lamin?
It is an open secret in the kombos nowadays.That is,the APRC has been stirred and scattered by the meetings the opposition held in Sinchu Alagie and Brikama these past days.The echoes from those microphones has really shattered the inside of the APRC party.
That being the case Seyfo Demba Sanyang is trying all he can to dispell these feelings and rumours.He is scared and worried because Jammeh will not hesitate to replace him with another stooge.This is why the APRC is working so hard to handle this situation or try to get back or capture the spot light again.This will be so hard for them because Hamat Bah's message to those who saw him in action was effective.
Actually when one looks at the way Yankuba Touray is singling out Hamat Bah (as a confused person),Ousainou Darboe (as a selfish person) and Halifa Sallah (as a communist) shows how desperate his party is. After all people are saying,they do not understand why Yankuba was seemingly defending NADD against Ousainou in trying to call the man someone selfish? Wasn't it the same Yankuba and Bala Jahumpa who said the NADD MOU was taylored to suit Halifa? This trend shows a confused bunch of propagandists.
Civil Servants in poitics the Commonwealth MOU Infringed!
Just a month after Obasanjo left Banjul the incumbent government and the APRC party leader-President Jammeh are infringing the codes of conduct which he swore to uphold come what may.Maybe President Obasanjo does not know the structure of our civil service.The commonwealth may not also know this including General Salami.Our Seyfolus or district chiefs are employees of the state machinery.They are civil servants who receive letters of appointment like any other civil servant.
They are answerable to the Secretary of state Local government.This portfolio is handled by someone who's direcly appointed by President Jammeh.This is why President Jammeh interferes directly with the appointment of village heads and district chiefs.He knows what role they can play to help him win or rigg the elections.This is the same system the colonialists used.This helped the Bristish indirect rule system succeed. The APRC could as well be seen as an extension of neo-colonial rule,which they accused former president Jawara of.
WILL DARBOE AND HIS COLLEAGUES PURSUED BULFAALEH'S CALL TO WRITE A PETITION AGAINST
THE APRC GOV'T?
The opposition in The Gambia should prepare a petition right at this moment then send it to the commonwealth calling their attention to this hard fact.The government workers are playing active roles in support of the ruling party.That is what Darboe recognized in Brufut.This is what Halifa Sallah has been saying for the past years.
So,Commissioners,Chiefs,Alkalou or Village heads including the security forces should not side with any party in the open.They have the right to vote but they do not have the right to show open allegiance to any party. Why are they fired when identified as members of the opposition and then left to work happily when they support the APRC in the open?
NADD,UDP/NRP send a petition to the Commonwealth secretariat before it is too late.
