Even if it is a law for people to carry ID cards, i do not see why it is
necessary to routinely stop peoples vehicles and ask for their ID cards
unless if some wrong doing is suspected. Nobody should be above the law... i
read a report from the papers last week where a lady mentioned that their
vehicle was spared a delay of ID card searches because one of their
passengers was a police officer.
The Gambians need a break from this ID card harassment.
