Dear Alan and the rest,

Thanks for the great work you and sister Sofie are doing for this girl and I
hope that things will work for her as soon as possible,I know it is no easy
work to get paper work done at home.I have also been thinking that since some
of these medical details might be containing some private infor,dont you think
it is better to forward such sensitive medical infor to Sofie privately .Keep
on the good work.

Sorry for the long delay in replying to your last correspondence regarding
this sick lady.  We
have been going around trying to get her medical records. We have managed to
get a photocopy of a
summary report from the National Health Laboratory Services of the RVH,
Banjul. We are still
working on getting a proper report to post to you if your provide a mailing
address. once again
thanks for your effort.  The text of the letter follows below.

Clinical Data
Hard irregular hepatamalagy.  US- noduleslpoorly capsulatedlmixed
echogenicity.

MACROSCOPIC:-
Brownish tissue core 13x2mm

MICROSCOPIC:-
Most of the specimen consist of hepatic parenchyma with prominent
regenerative
changes and some features of large cell dysplasia.  In addition there are
small fragments
of malignant epithelial tissue with trabecular/sinusoidal pattern, dense
eosinophilic
cytopasm and anaplastic nuclei.

CONCLUSION:-

Liver core Biopsy,  Hepato cellular carcinoma
