The Gambian Army is currently hosting a high ranking US Military
Officer and his wife who arrived in The Gambia on a Special Flight
this morning.

Major General Graig Rasmussen is the Director of Logistics and Security
Assistance at the United States J4 Command Headquarters in Stuttgart,
Germany. Major General Rasmussen overseas the direction and management
of International Agreements as well as the co-ordinated logistical
support of all US Forces in Ninety One African, European and Asian
Countries.

http://www.statehouse.gm has a picture of the General, the US Ambassador
meeting with Her Excellency the Vice President who is the Chairperson
of the Armed Forces Council.
