 Habib Thiam, a former Prime Minister  under  President Abdou Diouf, has just released a book. The book is an autobiography which touches widely on his life, his work, as well as on the recent democratic transition in Senegal.The title of the book is "Par Devoir et Par Amitie". I thought some of you might be interested.
