Good example is feulogoswell's remarks.  I almost choked myself trying to
stop the laughter.

...I am quite interested about knowing what actually transpired in that
meeting room with "that guy".  from the remarks I read, a lack of
organization did ensue, and hence no systematic approach was taken in
for the Q&A session.  Unless we are organized, we will remain ineffective.
