Soory it is not out of content now I have seen your well noted point. The madness in our society is sometimes beyond my comprehension and happy with your view points. Will sent you a private mail on that matters. It is nearly coming up to decade, we have agree and disagree about the state of our nation but when will be actual freedom? Every day news is madness and sensationalism comes within like the topical issue in focus.

  Brother Abdu,

My comment was with regard to Suntou's satirical suggestion the Jaliba should write a song about the issue. I think that this satirical response is exactly what this ridiculous exercise and story deserve. It is not an expression of supportツ for people going to marabouts from me.
I am a devout muslim Abdou and the Prophet (SAS) has told us in numerous hadiths that these heretic activities of going to so-called marabouts and believing and engaging in these heretic activities is against the tenets of Islam. Allah (SWT) says that if you believe in these things, then it means you do not believe in him and instead believe in these supernatural powers.

This is why as far as I am concerned, Yaya Jammeh is not only heaping tyranny on our people, but he is also giving Islam a bad name with his heretic activities played out before the World on a daily basis. Does he not engage in his sacrificial jalang dances and yet he wields a Qur'an and prayer beads and our Muslim religious leaders never say a word about this contradiction and instead take out Ads in newspapers congratulating him on his birthday.
It's a case of the blind leading the blind.

Jabou Joh

Jabou
I don't believe in the marabout culture taking all the place of Gambian life.
The problem is if the dictator use the marabout to kill decent citizens is he
going to stay for long or the process going to be part of the continuum? Let us
forget about those stupid marabouts who cannot solve their own personal
financial problems. This madness of the unpopular regime should be challenge
through internal uprising without state of faer.

lekbi ,i see you dismissing pa again .you never know now a days .jaliba himself
believe in that kind of things too much ;consolting marabouts or moros. so if
yahya wants jaliba's head ,jaliba should counter that with a song .the song may
go like this : nna presidan lafita ndela jalan na ,bari berin ntata genuea moro
yaah ,ayeh sabo dinna .nna mansa ten ndila jalan na.moro laduwa jabita .din ding

.
