Malanding:
I am not satisfied with the way you guys have run this list.  In fact, what
do you guys do as list managers?  You ignore our concerns and your lack of
transparency in decision making is both alarming and disconcerting.
Obviously there is a dearth of ideas within your group on how to run this
list.

Therefore, someone who understands how to do this needs to be drafted in to
inject some new ideas into your process.  I would suggest that you take this
into consideration.

Regardless of what happens, as long as I continue to have time to contribute,
I shall be a constant reminder that some of us will not accept the 'follow,
follow' mentality that you seem to expect us to take.
