CORRECTION: Sir Dawda was never a soldier, so he couldn't have been "the
Army Chief of Staff"..... Maybe, commander in Chief (Thief) of the Armed
Forces.

As per abandoning the people, well as we say in Nigeria: "who wan die". Or
is it lack of conscience? Many a politician fall into this category.
