A friend who lives in The Gambia is trying to select an ISP. I gather
there are only two: Gamtel and Quantum Net.

Does anyone have any views as to which is the most reliable? Are the
subscriptions for each similar? I understood that Quantum Net instals the
necessary software on the user's PC. Is this still the case, and do Gamtel
do this too?

Any information, views or personal experiences will be most welcome.
