Mr Saidy,

Thanks for the statistcs.I just cannot absorb the meaning you are
transmitting below.Could you elaborate more especially on the part 'The
Gambia is rated very high on the above table and as can be seen
only 10 African countries are rated higher'. Thats not what I have deduced.
