 (Agence France-Presse, 10/16/2000)

Inside Israel's 1948 borders live ammunition has been used to suppress
Israeli Arab demonstrations. No equivalent use of force has been found in
the suppression of violent Israeli demonstrations, even when Arabs were
 being injured.
