This is based on the info forwarded by Ebrima Sillah.  I hope we can look at
these nos. compare them to the absentee vote in the presidential election and
make some conclusions/observations on what these NOS show.

Averaging these %s out show that 32% of registered voters stayed away from
this parliamentary elections.  In layman's terms, out of every three Gambians
eligible to vote, 1 did not votes.

Lets wait for the other nos.

Serrekunda Central:
Absentee voter % - 53%

Wuli West:
Absentee voter % - 17%

Niamina West:
Absentee voter % - 24%


Niamina Dankunku:
Absentee voter % - 24%

Wuli East:
Absentee voter % - 20%

Lower Saloum:
Absentee voter % - 22%

Lower Numi:
Absentee voter % - 41%


Niamina East:
Absentee voter % - 29%

Upper Saloum:
Absentee voter % - 32 %

Serrekunda East:
Absentee Voter % - 58%
