Buharry,

I tried to get you privately a couple of times but without success. The
album is being keenly awaited out here in Kista; and I hope your work will
be an inspiration to my other "waa Serre-Kunda" pal, Saul Jawara.

I have been informed that since the arrival of baby Yaa-Fatim in May last
year, he loosened the piano wires, to rearrange the chords into an oversized
toy for her. Perhaps Pa Bahoum and yourself can get him going again.

Goodnight and Good Luck,

Sidibeh

Subject: MY ALBUM IS NEARLY READY!!!

Hi!
I would like to let you all know that my album is nearly ready. All the
instruments, "sabarr", "tama" and all but one vocal line have been recorded.
The last vocal line will be recorded tomorrow God willing and the mixing
will be started. The cds will be out probably in a couple of weeks. I
promise all of you that this album will be ranked among the best to ever
come out of Senegambia. Hold me to my word on this.
The album also introduces an 11-year old Gambian singing wonder by the
name of Yassin Secka. This young girl, whose style is like Vivianne Ndure's,
is complemented by the backing vocals of Jaaga Mboob, myself, the "taasu" of
Daddy Mam and Modou Faal of Jamil Cham's "Tey Mu Neh". The "sabarr" and
"tama" are played by Modou Faal and Pa Bahoum, a.k.a, Big Ben Joe. The
artistry of Big Ben Joe is truly displayed in the musical instruments. Watch
out for this album! As for the styles, I won't let too much out because I am
creating a homepage which will be launched in a few days' time. Watch Out!
Thanks.

Buharry.
