This is to add on to the posting by Fanding. This independence anniversary is going to be a high profile occasion for our
association. We urge all Gambians and friends of Gambia to attend and on time. Our provincial memberof Parliament (MPP) and local
councillor are our guests of honour. We hope to showcase The Gambia in a big way. This is an opportunity we can't miss.

The Gambian Canadian cultural Association of Toronto is please to invite the Gambians and the Gambian friends residing in  Toronto
area to join us celebrate Gambia's 45 years of independence.
WHEN? on Saturday Feb. 20th 2010
WHERE? at the Gambian cultural centre 2011 Lawrence Ave. West Unit 24.
Starting time 6:pm to 2:am
Tickets at the door, $30.00 per family $15.00 for singles.
Music a traditional Gambian griot will be playing (KORA) for the first part of  the event , followed by a DJ show by  one and only
professional Gambian DJ. Mr. Matarr.
