      Shrubs, ponds take over Old Kampala Road

      FARM OR ROAD? Once upon time, Old Kampala Road linked Kampala International Hospital to Old Kampala. Today, potholes have given way to ponds and scrub, forcing motorists to compete with pedestrians for verandahs
