Thanks for your kind answer. Soliciting the services of the  Swazi ambassador should not be necessary. I would simply hold that Mandela's apology was unwarranted. The administrative sanctions were to ground Abacha and his fellow mercenaries on Nigerian soil while freezing their financial assets in foreign banks. Such sanctions could hardly have affected ordinary Nigerians, for many of whom, I'll bet, sallad is a vegetarian luxury.
