My humble response is that on the other hand, the REPLY button is also there
to make a difference from the REPLY ALL button..

The thing is that usually people who press REPLY  when they mean to press
REPLY usually do it by mistake, although a few might not know the different,
but as time goes, everybody gets to learn.  So this shouldn't make us make
technical mistakes intentionally.

I hope you don't missunderstand/missread my last sentence.  What I mean with
it is that we always by mistakes, so the kind of mistake you are talking
about should be allowed.
